These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tennis Trackr mobile applications and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Player profiles for children must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
• Respect the privacy of other users; only share data with people who have consented to that sharing.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the match data, notes and other content you create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the people you choose to share it with.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Where subscriptions are offered, pricing, billing cycles and renewal terms are presented to you at the point of purchase and are processed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app store account, and are subject to the app store's refund policies.

5. Service availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Statistics and insights are provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as professional coaching or medical advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tennis Trackr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to us or other users.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
